Hi All
This Saturday 20th February is the 8th Anniversary of the Cardiff parkrun, we'd like to see as many of you as possible there to help us celebrate, we'd also like to try and break our Attendance Record by getting over 800 and even see if we can get close to 1000!!!!!!
So please come along.

To celebrate Cardiff parkrun's 8th anniversary, all those who have ever done the Lliswerry 8, dig out your Lliswerry 8 shirts with the big "8" on the back and wear them on Saturday!!!

Thanks to everyone who made yesterday a big sucess we had over 700 runners and completely took over Costa! A big thank to Phil and all his helpers for all the hard work he has put in over the years to make Cardiff parkrun the success it is today. Also a big well done Phil for completing your 50 Park Run.
