Hey folks,
Myself and Stuart plan to do a steady ten miles on Sunday 31st if anybody fancies joining us for a change of scene? Starting from Whitchurch, along the taff trail in the direction of the Bay. Once the clock strikes 5 miles we will about turn. Depart 9:30 ish (I know there's the cafe run but his train gets in at 9:05 so doesn't allow quite enough time for that option....)
Probably see some of you out and about anyhow.
