Notification of the group run tomorrow for all to join - planning on 12m myself at 8 min per mile, and presumably next weekend's Bristol and Bath/Snowdonia entrants will be doing a slightly shorter run. I presume parking may be a bit of an issue with lots of motorhomes filling every car park within striking distance of the Millennium Stadium, so maybe leave a few minutes extra if driving there.

I'm hoping to be there tomorrow and will probably run up to Castell Coch and back (8:30-9:00 min/mile pace). Thanks for the warning about parking, Dave.

I'm hoping to be there. Castell Coch at around 9 m/m would be good.

Thanks for the run this morning everyone, and hope you feel better soon, Lolly. Next weekend I think the only thing we know for sure is there are less hills in the Bristol/Bath area than Snowdonia. Has been some great training put in over the last few months by the group, which will pay dividends next weeked, whatever the terrain or weather!

Nice change to have an easier run and thanks to everyone for your company. Good luck to everyone on the marathon trail next week - hoping you all achieve your personal goals.
