i've just decided to enter the stroud half on the 25th Oct.
(Not that it is a reaction at all to the cardiff half time !).. i'm happy to car pool if anyone else is running

I would not quite describe my reaction to my run as elated.. a little from it.. rather the fat boy ran today.. needs to loose a few kgs..
