Looking at last year's schedule, we started at Roath Park at the end of September.
Therefore, this Monday 21st September will be the last of the summer speed sessions and we'll move to hills from Monday 28th September

Hi Everyone. Winter Hill Training at Roath Park starts next Monday 28th September. I have updated the schedule in the Training section of the web site. Don't be shy about coming along, everyone will be catered for. We managed to top out @ 27 people last year, so let's see if we can better that! See you next Monday.
