On Monday evening in a very wet Millfield school in Street myself and Mathew Parkes competed in the BMC pb classic. I was way off my pb after a month of poor training and good living. Unfortunately for the 3000m for Matt the weather worsened but he ran a very respectable 9.57.
There is another event in Jenner Park in 8th July (which is a clash with the masters track) if anyone fancies doing that one. And we all know the sun always shines in Barry so at least the weather will be better!
