My name is Dr Claire Hull and I am a researcher from Swansea University (UK, Wales) with interests in athletes and blood clots (see references 1 and 2 below):
I have compiled a short (10 question) completely anonymous survey to investigate the experiences of athletes who have had a diagnosis of DVT, PE or DVT-PE.
