Is there anyone that can show me the 5 mile route this Thursday evening at around 7.05 m/mile pace for the middle 3? 1 mile warm up and 1 cool down.
I don't really want to run 7 with Snowdon this weekend and plan also says 5 with 3 @ tempo.. well, tempo for me ;)
