5 of us did the Roman Run (Brecon to Merthyr) today. First home was Mick Tabor (37th, 2:11:29) followed by Simon Hazel (65, 2:25:59), Beth Lewis (70th, 2:27:40), GC (75th, 2:30:05) and Michelle Amblin (102, 2:38:56). Low key, tough (2,093 feet of climbing) and reminder to myself of how hard off-road is! Like Snowdon, worth doing once at least. Good luck to Simon who is doubling up in 10k tomorrow.
