It was good to see the photo of Mick, Errol, Howard and me, taken by John Middleton, taken in Amsterdam I think .
We ran in the Barendrecht 10 English miles race. Mick came 2nd in 50 minutes, I was 25th in 54:42, Errol 3rd M45 in 62.38, John Middleton did around 65 minutes.
Howard was injured and did not run, but was an important member of our disco dancing team - I can still hear Red, red wine blaring out in the nightclub in Leiden if I close my eyes!
