As of this Monday (28th March) we are switching from our winter hill sessions to our summer sessions in Pontcanna Fields. The sessions will vary slightly from week to week (depending on what space is available in the park), but these are usually informal speed sessions run on the grass, although we do sometimes use the spine road itself.
The meeting point is just inside the gate at Llandaff Fields (opposite the rugby club). We meet there for 6:30pm, then do a short warm up run over to the session start over in Pontcanna Fields.
