For anyone attending either of tonight’s sessions, the meeting point is WJEC car park (the opposite side of the road from Llandaff Rugby club), as we are still currently using the amended summer routes from last year.
If you’re driving or cycling to the session, please give yourself enough time to park or lock your bike up and get across to the meeting point.
For the 5 mile run, your need to be there for 18:40, and your run leaders are Liz Denton, Alan Mason and Mike Davies.
For the 7 mile run, you need to be there for 18:55, and your run leaders are Dave Williams, Paul Chapman and Jenny Martin
