LCRC Club Long Course Champs: Race 3 Hi all, This week we have an unusual distance for you all. 15km No set course for this one but usual rules apply. Out and back or loops, with the start and finish area within a reasonably close distance to minimise elevation. Results should be emailed to lcrcrunevents@gmail.com no later than 23:59 on Sunday 21st. A recommended course would be similar to the previous Club 10 mile but leaving out the triangle and starting from the allotment gates. However, as we are still in Tier 4 please run locally and to your watch's distance.
