I listened to the PM around an hour ago announcing the latest news regarding the coronavirus outbreak. I've also looked at other websites, including that of Welsh Athletics, who have a noticeboard for decisions being made by individual Welsh clubs. There is an inevitability about this. Suspending club training sessions is simply the right thing to do.
By chance, I spoke to Firouz Mal yesterday evening in Northern Italy. The situation there is far worse, but inevitably we are all going to have to make some sacrifice for the common good.
That doesn't have to mean self-isolation. I'm still going to be pounding the streets, but I feel we should not be seen to be in organised activity as a club.

Running around in the fresh air is probably one of the lower risk activities when compared to going to theatre/pub/shops. If anything we should cancel the Llandaff Rugby Club post training run drinks!

Sadly, I agree with Mick. Running on your own or in a small group seems to be fine according to the guidance, but the club nights go against it.
