Mal is planning to do a run up to Pen y fan next Saturday in memory of Kell.
The plan is to do Cardiff parkrun first, refuel in Costa and then head up from there.
Mal and Kell went up there before his journey to Nepal - Kell loved it up there. We appreciate a lot of people will already have plans for that day, but if anyone can make it, Mal would welcome company and hopes some Les Croups can join him.
