Duathlon season is nearly upon us, beginning with the boggy off road races and progressing to the road bikes. Lots of excellent races to choose from. Add a little variety to your training schedule!! I have listed a few local ones. Carmarthenshire and Mumbles is looking popular with Les C members, so will probably plan a day of car sharing and lunch. Let me know if you are tempted or can recommend other duathlons. Cirencester off road. 9 February Icebreaker off road. 9 February Carmarthenshire. Sunday 16 February Mumbles.
