Here comes summer!
However, with due respect for our runners at London next weekend, Newport the week after, and Karen at the Highland Fling on Saturday, I hope the current heatwave is shortlived.
What a difference a week makes - last Sunday 6 degrees for the Castles 10 and an easterly wind, tomorrow potentially 23 degrees. A good idea to get the training done early, and in exceptional company (well, you know that already!)

Dan Luffman and myself went out early today 06:45, cool to start off but did warm up very quickly, looking at 09:00 tomorrow 13* to start 17* by 11:00, cool light clothing, no need for a buff and gloves tomorrow, enjoy. Edited by user 20 April 2019 15:54:46(UTC)
