Lovely folk of Les Croupiers ... the Croups off the Couch team need your help in promoting our next Couch to 5k and 5k+ programmes. The Couch to 5k programme is due to start on Monday 29th April, then leading on from that the 5k+ programme starts on Monday 1st July. The programmes run three times a week, supported by trained leaders in running fitness and members of the club - all voluntary, all free for the participant. We'll have some flyers available at club for you to display in your workplace/school/local shop/car/wherever you think it'll be seen.
