Tuesday session! 8x800m off 200m (ish) jog
Hi All, the track is still shut for a couple of weeks so the plan is meet at the 2k mark at parkrun like last week. There is an 800m loop marked out just a bit further up. Be warmed up for a 6.30pm start. See you there 👍
