Who’s back on Track this week......
Tuesday’s (12/2/19) session : 8-10 x 600m (just a bit quicker than current 5k pace), recovery jog 200m.
The session will be on the track at Leckwith ready for a 7pm start. - we can't go on the track until then, but you can warm up on the path which is 3 laps to a mile.
Don't forget to pay your £4.20 at reception 😀
