Les Croupiers Running Club Forum

Here are the final instructions for the Handicap 10 on 20th January.

Numbers
If you have already paid - please collect your number from me in the carpark by Cafe Castan.
If you have not paid yet - please bring £5 and collect your number as above.

Starting
The official starter will set you off at your designated time.
Please listen out for your name and be ready to run 5 minutes before your time.

Water
There will be a water station at approx. 3.2 miles and 6.8 miles. If you take a bottle with you please dispose of it responsibly.
There will also be water available at the finish.

Kit storage
There will be a tarpaulin available for kit storage.

Toilets
I have asked Cafe Castan to be open earlier than their normal time of 9am. As they have not committed to do so, please be prepared and do not abuse the Cafe's ground or building!

First Aid
There will be first aid at the start/finish and a cycle response. However, if you see a fellow runner in difficulty please act responsibly.
