The lovely Annie Conroy whom many of you will know from her regular marshalling at the cottage on park run most Saturdays has been selected to run for Wales in the cross country internationals on 17th Nov.  unfortunately her cross country shoes no longer fit!!! If anyone has a size 5.5-6 that they could loan Annie for the weekend that would be fab. Otherwise she may be running in her wellies!

Julie, I have size 6 spikes and trail shoes that Annie could have a look at and try. I am size 4 and wear 2 sizes up.

Thanks Eve for offering, and to all those who have also contacted Annie about loan of x country shoes. She's tried on a few pairs and unfortunately 5.5-6 don't fit! She is needing a 6 and half and a wide fitting if anyone can help....
