Tuesday’s (16/10/18) session : 6-8 x 800m (around 5k pace), recovery 75-90 sec. (quicker groups between 75-80 secs, and not so quick groups between 80-90 sec ~ aiming for around the equivalent to a 200m jog recovery on the track).
