At least 3 pints of Guinness, then a bottle of red wine on friday night. Sat morning Porridge with some fruit @ 7.30am after parkrun a Latte and some toast. Sat afternoon after 10k scrambled egg on toast. Sat evening after cross country, same as friday night. Sun morning porridge with some fruit @ 7.30am Stay hydrated through half marathon, I carry my own drink. Coffee and toast before 1 miler, after same as Friday night.
Works for me, hope it helps you.

Cheers Andy. Was thinking on similar lines, especially the Guinness and Wine lol. Toast and honey I go for at times. Hope I can finish without needing CPR.
