A good turn out for last night's Tintern Trot. Good to see new members, brave enough to give this one a shot on a hot summer's evening. The start/finish has altered from a few years ago, to the footbridge over the river and the Event HQ is now at Abbey Mill. The changes have given the race a more compact and inclusive feel to it. Chepstow Harriers, once again hit the right note with good organisation, a quick results' service and best of all, a choice of cake with tea/coffee/soft drink or a beer included in the price. A tough race in high temperature, with some steep climbs, a nobbly run across the dyke followed by some sharp descents.
