Would anybody like to take my place on Treforest 10k that takes place at 10.30am on the 27th May? I bought my slot before realising I would be away that weekend but I’ve been in touch with Pontypridd Rodents who organise the race and I can just swap details if anyone wants it. Obviously no Charge, first to reply.

Hi Steve,
No you’re the first to reply so it’s yours! The race organisers have sent me a link to change runners details, when I get a chance I’ll take a look and let you know what I need to do. Don’t worry about the entry fee it was only £9 or something close to that.
