Ok who was good and went trainning like me and who craweled back under the dvet! Shame on you! Actually it wasn't that bad. It was quiet clear by the lake and down around Cathys. I do feel for everyone who was suppose to race today especialy those doing the Newport half. There's nothing worse than getting yourself prepared fpr a race to find it has been canccelled but orgainizers don't take the decision to cancel races lightly. Just keep trainng.
