Hi, The Jacob Abraham foundation has 10 places available for the Newport marathon all they ask is you pay the entry fee and raise £250, I had a session with them tonight to help me with my bereavement and was told over the last 2 years since Jacob took his life they have had 30 people go to them with suicidal thoughts, 30 people who may not be here now if it wasn't for them
I will give more details later in the week, anyone interested please let me know

I already have my place but thanks for spreading the message. I think that this topic is not talked about nearly enough in our society and so many are suffering, so fair play to you for turning something horrible into something potentially life-saving.
