World Exclusive: Welsh Castles Relay organisers were today investigating a cynical plan by Theresa May’s government to upstage this year’s race. Later, a spokesman for the world-famous relay said: “Westminster appear to have their own agenda, with no bearing on what goes on in the real world. The Welsh Castles Relay will continue as if nothing has happened”.

Theresa May is a supporter of our sport! She marshalls at a race in her constituency every Easter, where she stands at a corner advising runners to turn left. It can't be a coincidence that she made the decision to call an election whilst walking near the end of one of the stages.
I reckon she's a fan, and if we strike while the iron's hot we can get some sponsorship money out of her.
