Well done to everyone who turned out to compete, and support, at Welsh Cross Country in Swansea today in what were atrocious conditions, and a big thanks to Phil for entering the teams and individuals for the competition.
There were some great runs....
the Ladies won individual medals in age groups W35 ( Katie Beecher-gold) W50 (sue Watson gold) W55 (Angharad Mair gold, Julie Scholey silver) and W60 (Eirian Arwyn bronze)
Ladies also won gold in ladies W55 Team, and bronze in overall senior women.
The men won individual medals in age groups M40 (Matt Hurford silver) M45 (Emyr Morgan bronze) M55 (Dave James gold, Dave Coles silver ) . The men also won team medals in M35-silver, M40- gold and M55 -gold.
Apologies if I`ve missed off any names or teams in the medal tally!

Fantastic performances there in what must have been really tough conditions! I wish I could have made it today. Really done the club proud! Well done everyone!
