Note: Not an official club secession just a bunch of runners meeting together but people are welcome to join us.. as none of us have had run leader training.. a bunch of us meet 630 the club, run to heath park 645 and do reps.. https://www.facebook.com/events/1900211366888262/option 1: half and half with dessert ( in other works six x 600, then a bunch of 200 meters). option 2: Mont Ventoux de heath ( 4 times 1.5 miles , up and over the hill in the park)..
