A few of us are meeting 645 /650 at heath park - 630 from the club for mile reps this week. We will run these as "handicap reps" so bit of guess work on the first rep to start the handicap and adjust as we go. The intent is for everyone to finish approx the same time so you work harder. Its an easy week so just 5 x 1 mile (really !). this is the facebook event. we meet at near the hospital entrance to the park.
