A few of us are meeting at 645 at the base gate to castle coch for some reps. approx. 1 round = 1 mile rep, 400 meter rep 300 meter rep and return to base.. > rep up the hill toward black cock pub.. stop at upper car park.. recovery to gate. > rep to crown of hill > rep to top of hill above castle. down hill to start. wear bright colours to be seen. https://www.facebook.com/events/152487195189769/
