I'm doing the club run (either from the rugby club or the Café) to Castle Coch tomorrow at 9.30 am if anyone fancies it. About 7:30-8:30 min/miles. Post here, or I'll run from home instead.

I'll be there Matt and hopefully many more. It is a regular arrangement throughout summer and winter of course, maybe ramping up for the Autumn marathoners soon but generally Castell Coch 12m is the norm at the moment.
