I am on my way back from Birmingham with my new racing bike. Its a Cannondale R1000 I got 2nd hand to get me into it. I love the bike and feel its worth the price I paid, Its in great condition except for some superficial marks on the handlebars. I like the idea of incorporating cross training into my week but I am not sure where to start. If you cross train on a bike how much do you do each week? What is the best ratio to help maximise your running performance?
