Newer members of the club may not be aware that Llandaff rugby club is open for our use after our Thursday evening club run. The bar is open and there is usually also a small variety of meals to order. Last week I thoroughly enjoyed a ham salad with coleslaw and new potatoes. It's also a chance to socialise with others in the club, and to hear 'dispatches/notices' about the previous weeks achievements and up and coming races/events (usually around 9pm).
If you haven't been into the rugby club after your run, or a while since you've stayed, why not give it a whirl this week?
