I intend to run from Café Castan this Sunday starting at 9.30AM as usual. With London just 7 days away, a gentle run to Castle Coch and back in the company of members of the greatest club on the planet would seem ideal.
Good luck to everyone who has their marathon this weekend (e.g. Brighton and Boston).

I'm going to try and get there on Sunday. The physio says I can run on my injury so I guess I need to test it.
A colleague in work was also interested in coming along this week as he's entered the Edinburgh marathon (same day as I'm supposed to be doing Liverpool). His name's Gareth so if I'm not there then please look after him and make him feel welcome. He ran a 1:36 at the World Half but is only just building up to the longer distances.

Don't think there's much chance of me making it now. I did what the physio suggested and ran on it today but now I can hardly walk. I think the best thing I can do is rest.
