Get your calcium from cruciferous veg. Many hundreds times more calcium in Kale, Spinach than milk and is better absorbed. Humans still find absorbing calcium from (especially) cows milk difficult due to the large fat molecules where as goats milk is smaller and more absorbable. Milk is also highly processed so most of goodness is lost during homogenization and the high temps used.

Saying that Julian, I don't think anyone can truly eat Paleo these days...

The Best Food for Bones: Fruits and Vegetables

Joel Fuhrman says fruit and veg are the best sources of vitamins and protein.

Broccoli is a more reliable source of calcium then milk. as it is more easily absorbed. Milk can lead to a calcium deficiency, as you essentially pee out more than you take in.

I have set up a trap for mice which I check daily and I gather up any spiders in the house and pop them in the freezer ready for processing once I have a decent amount. Nice to stir fry with garlic.
