The Cardiff 10k are moving there date from the 4th September to 11th September, because England V Pakistan on 4th September in Cardiff and the runs pass the SWALEC Stadium
This years Cardiff 10k will be Incorporating Welsh Championship and a Home International for Masters so book the date in your diary for the 11th September 2016 Cardiff 10k

How does the entries work for the Welsh champs and the Welsh masters. There was nothing on the entertainment form. Will you taking entries again Phill?
