For those of you who are feeling hard get you Speedos out because Barry Island/Barry Bay Docks/Barrybadoss whatever you want to call it will be holding there annual festive swims. They have become very popular over the years. Don't forget there will be a Barry Island park run on New Years Day, so you could do the Park Run then go for a dip, any takers? Fish and Chips later ,maybe? I believe Porthcawl, Sandersfoot and Tenby hold similliar event too amd just as poplar! Before anyone asks I am thinking abut it! Believe it or not I use to lifeguard at the Knap beaches.
