Dear Athlete / Coach / Team Manager, The Welsh 5km Road Race Championships take place on August 1st at Parc Bryn Bach near Tredegar. We will be holding a Women’s race at 5.30pm and men’s race at 6.00pm. I attach an entry form and an information sheet. Online entry is open and is available through the Welsh Athletics website. It would be great to have as many of our top runners there as possible. Thank you once again for your continued support of Athletics in Wales!!
