Paula Ratcliff ran a crosscounry here in the pouring rain and I think her team got a medal. Mick was there I think. Hey maybe there could be a Gwent League there in future! It's in the best place in the universe so I have been told!

The perfect cure for post-election blues & wedding-bash hangovers, go off-road! It's still possible to enter on-line tomorrow's spectacularly scenic (this is Barrybados territory after all) Porthkerry 5 c/o those nice people at Penarth and Dinas. 'General Entries will close 5:00pm, Saturday 9 May' according to the web site ..this just in case on-the-days are full (unlikely?), to make life easier for race organisers.. and to save £2 (put towards the deficit, or invest in cake) Details here
