Well done everyone who run today in what was totally horrible conditions. I really wanted to be there never mind next year! Just stay away from hot kettles.

Many thanks to Sarah and Rod for looking after us today on the bus and saving taking loads of cars up - great day out (bit of an early start with losing the hour too!). Conditions were really not too bad in the forest trails, but still a tough course all things considered - well done to everyone who competed!

Neema Mal was first Les Croups home and they have put him as winner of the o/60 Section.

Neema is looking good for his age, well done Neema good run. Turns out us ladies got first affilated team prize - Janet Holmes, myself & Julie Scholey. Nice surprise.

Thanks Carol. 8 seconds short of a 5 minute PB so i'm pretty chuffed with that, although my legs are feeling it today! Massive thanks to Sarah for organising the bus and for everyone that brought delicious and much needed cakes on board! Great club trip! :-)

Just wanted to add my thanks for Sarah's organising efforts. Travelling by coach to the event not only removed any worries about getting lost going somewhere new, it gave the opportunity for a much needed snooze (think fly-catching) on the way home.
