If you some inspriation for the new year why not try these books

Chicken Soup for the Soul Runners, 101 Inspirational Stories of Engery, Endurance and Endorphins. Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Amy Newmark and Ultramarathoner Dean Ksrnazes. Part of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series ( which are all worth readng) this book has loads of motivational and inspirational stories of runners battling through hard times and how running help see them through. There's even a section on triathlones. This book helped me when my father could no longer run and was losing his battle with cancer.

A Survival Guide for Life. Bear Grylls Not just any self help book but a book for life. As well providing lots of good advice about dealing with life, such as never ever give up, seek out insprational people etc He provides tales of his adventures and how his parents encourage him as well making him learn some hard lessons. All of which he says helpped him become the person he his today. I read this a few times and found it one the best motivational books I have read.

I read quite alot so if I come across any more good books I will pass it on. Just stay away from 50 shades of grey! Jane Erye is a much better love story.
