Hopefully I'm allowed to post this ?(and it wont be deleted !). Communication is key guys, it you delete one of my posts be polite tell me why. I will happy post in the right area and wont post on that tread again.
I'm not a mind reader but manners cost nothing. Right Rant over, but this is not the first time.
Anyone doing the 10 on Thursday ? I'm planning on running it at around 7 min mile pace with a pickup toward the end, after I've survived the hill.
We had a good group last week.

James, I deleted yours and several other comments as the thread was to notify who the Group Leaders were for that Thursday. The posts that followed had no relevance to the topic.

Thank you Phil for the explanation:
Where can one put the posts for the 10 mile run. Especially in the new year when people will be doing longer runs in the run up for marathons.

You can put a thread on here as you have with this one, I know Mick and Dave C do it for the Sunday morning runs, I was trying to stop the thread running away on a totally different track and hopefully keep it for updating the Group Leaders each week.
