As some of you probably know I am currently working at Up and Under on Cowbridge Road East. As part of our Christmas build-up and to promote the ladies' side of the business we are hosting a Ladies' Night on 3rd December. We have posted an official invite on our facebook page. If you are coming, you will get an extra discount on the evening if you mark your attendance on the page here.

There will be freebies, special offers, raffle prizes, bubbly and chocolates and talks from an Arc'teryx sponsored athlete as well as Rory and I.

It would be great to see you there!

Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that the Ladies Night is this coming Wednesday (4pm-8pm). We have lots of champagne and chocolate that needs consuming and some great offers in store in time for Christmas:-)

Rory and I are even giving a bit of an inspirational talk around 6:30pm - all welcome...
