A few of us are meeting tuesday about 6:30/645 starting reps at 7pm..
post here if interested in joining us..
(cardiff city are not playing tuesday..)

I would jump at the chance but I will have to see how things pan out in work. I may find myself having to do all of my speedwork alone but I don't see it as a major handicap. I run my tempo runs with my osynce head set so I can clearly see im on 85%-90% of maximum heart rate and I will throw the kitchen sink at intervals! It would be better to train in a group though. Just did a cracking long run so a couple of good speed sessions and I'm heading in the right direction.

**Thinking aloud.. Can I get my Daughter to Scouts at 6.30 in Roath, then to Leckwith by 6.45 then finish and be back to pick her up by 8.30?**

no with football on at the stadium.. but then i guess not many would do track that day anyhow.... but close on quiet days to the start.. and the end no problem traffic is quieter..

I have an outside chance of getting there for first time in a while but it'll be at pretty much 7 so start without if I'm not there! What's the reps?

Definitely not going to be able to make it this week but if it becomes a regular or (better still) if you do them over the lake I will certainly make every effort to be there James.

to explain.. when there is football at the track I'm not going to bother and try and go.. so will do reps at the lake.. 1km reps or hills..
