The Bog and Bryn has been suggested before, but turned down for being more of a 'fun in the mud obstacle race' rather than a serious off road race.

How about the SAFFA races for next years short course? I'm not just saying it because Graham Finely likes me or that I have won my age catorgrie but because they are becoming popular and also because it's a local race too. It also suppourts a very good cause!

Have you ever completed the Bog and Bryn Amanda? I can assure you it is not a fun run, and would suggest anyone who thinks it is to give it a try. By far one of the hardest races I've done.

Hi
I also did the Bog and Bryn yesterday (still recovering!)
Yes, there were obstacles, mud (lots of it) and it was "fun" in a strange way! That said, I thought it was very challenging but would defintely sign up to do again.
The entry fee was only £12 with lovely cakes and hot drinks supplied post run. Carol
