The Les Croupiers health and safety executive have examined this Sunday's course and passed it fit for use.
Falling over is not allowed. You can't be that tired.
2 hours - ish at conversation pace.

Count me in, enjoyed last week's, did around 11.5 miles. I will do the 15 miler this week.

Planning to do my final pre-marathon long run at 8.30-8.45 pace so I may start with you guys and wave you off. :-)

I plan to be there. 15miles 8 min miling or slower (the better!). See you then. Will I be following Simon again like this morning?!

Disappointed i've not been able to make the Sunday runs for a while now. If anyone is up for it this Sunday 13th i will (most likely) be there. The only caveat is that i intend to be celebrating on Saturday 12th July winning the Ladies Doubles & Mixed Doubles tournament at the tennis club so may be nursing a bad head - i cannot lose another final, can i?
