Sounds like you're already aware of speed. Maybe they should be sending people on a 'slow awareness course'.

Hi Al. It usually ends up around 15 miles in 2 hours but happy to negotiate on both route and distance.

I missed this post.

I waited till 10pm to run and avoid the heat it was quite nice out then. I ran 16 miles in just over 2 hours.

Cant stand the heat in the Summer, roll in the winter!

We deliberately ran 80% of the course in the woods, Lyndon. Also, it's good to get the run done early so that members can enjoy the rest of the day with families etc.
